Year round football specialization
We are focused on developing both youth & high school student athletes into leaders on and off the playing field. Athletes at all skill levels will benefit from the vast experience, passion, & dedication of our coaching staff. We are comprised of professionals who have played the game at the professional & collegiate levels. Players will learn athletic skills to improve their technique, performance, speed, and stamina. In addition, they will leave our program with life skills and the knowledge to make sound decisions to pursue their future endeavors.

Our Summer Training program is an all-encompassing, Football-specific program designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming season by improving physical skills and maximizing performance. The program is customized to their specific positions & goals.
STRENGTH + POWER + SPEED + CONDITIONING + INURY PREVENTION
IN-SEASON TRAINING
12 WEEK HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
A three-pillar program enables football players to increase strength as the season progresses.
Continued Power Development + Speed + Active Recovery.
HIGH SCHOOL
& COLLEGE LEVEL.
3 workouts per week.
SELF-PACED TRAINING.
QB TRAINING
Movement & Mechanics.
Speed & Footwork.
Strength & Mobility.
QB specific strength training after field session.
Led by QB specialist
Trevor Knight.
RB TRAINING
Training includes footwork, cutting, and ball-handling.
Power & resistance training, acceleration & deceleration. Situational drills.
Drop-ins welcome.
Tuesdays & Thursdays. Led by Coach B
